This 19 litre (5 US gallon) glass carboy is a classic, full-size fermentation vessel for winemaking, beer brewing, cider, and mead. Made from thick, non-porous glass, it will not absorb flavours, odours, or stains, ensuring clean and consistent fermentation and aging.
The narrow neck design helps minimize oxygen exposure while fermenting or bulk aging, making it ideal for both primary and secondary fermentation. Glass is easy to sanitize and offers long-term durability for brewers and winemakers who prefer a traditional, reliable fermenter.
This size is commonly used for standard wine kits and 5-gallon beer batches and is compatible with standard rubber bungs and airlocks.
