Key Ingredients:

Add to 3 cups of boiling water, reduce temperature to a simmer for 25-45 minutes until liquid is reduced to half. Let cool slightly, add UP TO 1/2 cup of honey (or maple syrup for children under age 1). Bottle, label and store in the fridge. Will keep for up to 3 months depending on sugar content.
