Made in Canada from 100% virgin, food-grade PET, this carboy contains no plasticizers, is completely BPA-free, and is safe for repeated use when properly sanitized.

Perfect for secondary fermentation and bulk aging, this 23 L carboy is completely taste- and odour-free and impermeable to oxygen, helping protect your wine or beer from oxidation during longer fermentations. The smooth, rib-free interior prevents yeast and sediment from collecting on the walls, making it easy to clean inside and out.

Designed to handle real fermentation demands, this PET carboy is rated to withstand up to 15 PSI of pressure and accepts a #10 stopper, making it compatible with standard airlocks and fermentation accessories.

To reduce headspace or infuse ingredients during long-term fermentation, pair this carboy with the FerMonster™ MiniMesh Strainer (sold separately). Filling with glass marbles is another effective way to manage headspace in large batches.
