Tim Ellison, a Vancouver-based sommelier, chef, and all-around wine wizard, will take the stage at this year’s International Wine Day Festival. Beginning at 2pm, Tim will guide us through the delicious world of wine and food pairings.
Tim isn’t just any sommelier—he’s a walking, talking, swirling encyclopedia of wine knowledge, served with a side of charm and a splash of humour. Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or someone who just knows “red” and “white,” Tim has a way of making wine fun, fascinating, and totally unpretentious.
